THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND IN LOS ANGELES

December 25th-27th, 2015

Once again, it's time to think forward to the weekend! Aren't you excited! For many Americans, it's Christmas time. For everyone else, that means traffic free highways and roads. My God, I may have to ditch Christmas just to go cruising on the 405 and the 10 at 5:00PM because I can go above 30 MPH.

This holiday weekend is perfect L.A. Christmas weather. Just warm enough for it to not freeze us to the bone, and cold enough for us to feel like it's actually winter. But since most of us will be inside anyways, you only need to worry about driving conditions. And since there's not rain this weekend, we're all good!

Friday Night: FAMILY TIME - Or, Friend Time!

Friday is Christmas, which means for many of us we’re out celebrating with our families. We’re (hopefully) drinking eggnog and laughing with our close and extended family members. For those of us who are transplants and were unable to find the money or time to fly home, call up some friends. In a city filled with people from other parts of the world, there are always people who would love to spend time with loved ones who aren't flesh and blood. Seek them out, and have a Merry Christmas!

Saturday: Prepare for the New Year

Unless you’re continuing Thursday and Friday’s Christmas time event with your fam, now is the time to do two things: One, any resolution you want to make for the New Year, give it a shot today. Figure out what you’re getting yourself into. Wanna start hitting the gym more in the New Year? Try out your local gym today. See if it’s the right fit for you. That way, you won’t have to wait til March to find out what your local gym feels like when it’s not Resolution January. Two, practice your New Year’s Eve routine with some good old fashion partying. Try to get all the friends you want to see on NYE or those friends you can’t see on NYE for one last shindig to end 2015.

Sunday: Ice Skating

There’s still something magical about ice skating in Los Angeles. We have everything needed to make outdoor ice skating rinks without the need for freezing temperatures. Pershing square is the host to the other outdoor ice skating rink. Make some time at night to head out and get your winter spirit going.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Check back in next week for our last post of 2015 and first post of 2016 of Things To Do This Weekend in Los Angeles!
